1. Services Provided
We offer professional home and commercial property inspections in Santa Maria, Orcutt, Lompoc, and the surrounding Central Coast region. Inspection services are conducted by an InterNACHI-certified inspector and include a detailed written report.
2. Scheduling and Payment
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. Payment is due as specified at the time of booking, unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Scope of Inspections
Our inspections are non-invasive visual assessments of the property at the time of the inspection. They are not guarantees or warranties against future issues.
4. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for damages, losses, or repairs that may arise after the inspection is complete. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule inspections with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and refrain from any activity that may harm the site or interfere with its operation.
