Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

This inspection service is also a great way to determine a realistic asking price.
New Construction Inspection
Newly constructed homes often dazzle buyers with their freshness. Unfortunately, this can cause you to miss construction defects that a professional inspector would spot immediately. Home Maintenance Inspection

4-Point Inspection
If you’re interested in buying an older home, the odds are high that your insurer will want a 4-Point Inspection. Although this is not thorough enough to suffice as your Buyer’s Home Inspection, it will answer critical questions for your insurer. We inspect the roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and components during this service.
Re-Inspections
After going through the initial Buyer’s Home Inspection and then diligently filling out your home repair addendum, the last thing you want to do is let the ball drop right before closing on the deal. With a Re-Inspection service, you’ll gain the peace of mind that comes with verifying that the seller kept their promise to repair all the agreed upon items. Any remaining issues that are discovered during this inspection can be volleyed back to the seller instead of becoming your financial responsibility.
Home Energy Report
Every home requires a different amount of energy usage based on the existing appliances, the square footage, and much more. With this optional add-on service, our inspector will conduct an on-site home energy inspection. After which, an easy to read Home Energy Report will be produced that includes the home’s estimated energy usage and tips for reducing expenses.
Comprehensive Infrared Testing
We offer a free initial infrared scan (upon request) as part of our Buyer’s Home Inspection service. But when it’s time to get a comprehensive thermal scan of the house, this add-on service is the best way to go. Our InterNACHI Infrared Certified® home inspector will scan the house to find any applicable existing issues such as energy loss, hot spots, water leaks inside walls, pest infestations inside walls, and missing insulation.
Water Testing (COMING SOON!)
Checking the quality of your home’s water is vitally important, especially if the property uses well water. Fortunately, our home inspector is also an experienced microbiologist who knows exactly what to look for. With this add-on service, we’ll take samples of the water and conduct laboratory testing to find any bacteria, pathogens, or other potentially harmful substances.

Thermal Imaging – Also known as infrared scanning, this tool makes it possible to see issues in the home that aren’t visible to the human eye. Our inspector earned his Infrared Certification from InterNACHI, the industry’s top educational organization.
Moisture Meter – Finding any areas where moisture gathers will tell you a lot about the true condition of the home. This is also a highly useful tool for detecting any moisture-related mold growth in the home.
Gas Leak Detector – We care about your family’s well-being. By using a gas leak detector, we can find any small gas leaks before they become big enough to cause a serious problem.
